Should you own more than 1 property a discount of 10% will be applied to each additional property on signing or renewal of an annual property management contract.

This offer is available year round and is also available in conjunction with any other offers that may be available at the time of signing.

All owners signing or renewing an annual property management contract before 31 May 2009 and paying the full years management fee in Euro’s at the time of signing will receive a discount of 20% from the full payment, saving over 160€.

As all of prices are based in Euro, for all owners signing up to or renewing an annual property management contract before 31 May 2009 who wish to pay in UK Pounds we will fix the exchange rate at 1.35 EUR to GBP for a period of 12 months from the date of signing, allowing you to fix your payments and manage your budget.
